Liuhua Complex was firstly put into use in 1979. It covers a ground area of 99,500 square meters and the building area is 110,500 square meters. Liuhua Complex was the largest civil building at that time.

The supporting facilities of the exhibition complex are becoming sophisticated. Liuhua Complex has an indoor exhibition area of 120,000 square meters.
