 Service Introduction |

Customers
can get accurate domestic and international flight infomation in
time through SMS Flight Inquiry service. Flight information includes
flight number, type of airplane, place of departure, destination,
scheduled time of departure, scheduled time of arrival, actual time
of departure, actual time of arrival. At present, this service is
available for Guangzhou GoTone and M-zone customers.

Usage and setting: |

1Customization
SMS customization
AFormat: 11 (space) flight number;
E.g.: Send 11 CZ3201 to 06060;
BFormat: 11 (space) flight number (space) Chinese name of destination
city, or 11 (space) flight number (space) area code of destination
city. (Note: For all foreign city area code, please write down the
country code where the city locates, for example: Los Angeles, just
write down American country code 001)
E.g.: Send 11 CZ3201 Xian or 11 CZ3201 029 to 06060
Telephone Customization:
Customers can self customize the flight information as
well for relatives and friends by calling 96060. Operate according
to voice prompt.
Customers can send 0000 or 00000 to 06060 for customization
cancellation.
After flight information is customized, the system will send messages
to customers who have customized flight information and will inform
customers of the latest information about flight when flight situations
have any changes (departure, arrival, delay etc.) until customers
cancel the service or the flight has arrived the gound.
2SMS order
AFormat: Flight number
E.g.: CZ3102 or 3102 to 06060, and return to flight
information inquiry by flight number
BFormat:
"Chinese name of departure city (space) Chinese name of destination
city", or "area code of departure city (space) area code
of destination city" (Note: For all foreign city area code,
please write down the country code where the city locates. For example:
Los Angeles, write down American country code 001)
E.g.: Guangzhou Beijing or 020 010 or 020 Beijing to 06060,
and return to flight information inquiry by city of departure and
destination.
[Note: If flights between city of departure and destination are
more than 5, the system will only return to 5 flights.]
CFormat:
hh/mm (Note: hh/mm is the time flight arrives in Guangzhou in hours
and minutes.)
E.g.: 12:00 to 06060 will return to 5 flights estimated to land
in Guangzhou from the time.

Tariff Standard |

1Customization: When flight situations have any
changes (including delay, departure, landing etc.), system will
return promptly to the current situation of the flight. RMB 0.5
will be collected for each SMS received.
2Order: In addition to normal message fee (RMB 0.1/message), RMB
1 for each successful order inquiry will be collected.
