1. Provincial GoTone customers visiting Guangzhou can process the following services with password, VIP card or effective documents at appointed service halls of China Mobile Company Guangzhou Subbranch:
- Customer information inquiry

d. Renew and change SIM card
GoTones Diamond and Gold card members can also receive airport services with effective documents and VIP card.
